If you are 5 feet exactly, your ideal weight is 100 pounds.

























For each inch over 5 feet, add 5 pounds. So here is the
breakdown:

5 feet --100 pounds

5 ' 1"--105 pounds

5'2"--110 pounds

5'3" --115 pounds

5'4 "--120 pounds

5'5"--125 pounds

5'6" --130 pounds

5'7"--135 pounds

5'8"--140 pounds

5'9"--145 pounds

5'10" --150 pounds

5'11'--155 pounds

What if I am a small boned person? If you are small boned
(meaning your wrist is less than 6 inches), subtract 10%
from the ideal weight. If you are big-boned (meaning your
wrist measures more than 6 inches around), add 10% to
your ideal weight.
