Are There Any Exercises That Slim Your Thighs, Hips and Buns?

If your goal is to trim your thighs, hips and
backside, these are your best strategies:


1. Skating. Skating trims your thighs and hips and
tones your buns.

2. Yoga and Pilates. Even dancers use these to trim
their thighs.

3. Tennis. Tennis makes you move laterally as well
and up and back. It  makes you run. It makes you
bend low in a squat like move to get the balls that
do not bounce high enough. This is why tennis
players have such beautifully toned but not too
muscular legs.

4. Squats. Okay, these work. But you can not do
high repetitions if you don't want muscular thighs.
Aim for 3 to 4 sets of 8, no more. And skip a day in
between sets.

5. Butterfly Kicks. These are a great secret weapon
against big thighs. You do these just as you would
if you were swimming but, instead, lie on the floor
on your stomach.  Try to kick about 10 minutes
continuously. It will be exhausting it really works.
