So many diets, so little success. We have boiled

Simple diets work.  Dieting, when you think about
it, has to be simple to work. It should be
something so simple that you follow it almost
naturally.

Here is a simple diet that will quick start your
weight loss.

Aim for between 1200 and 1500 calories per day.
Eat healthy, bulky foods such as broccoli,
cauliflower, salads, beans, and add protein
(skinless chicken, turkey, fish) to each meal. The
protein will keep you feeling full longer.

Start your day with a glass of water and a prayer
of gratitude for being alive. Then drink 7 more
glasses throughout the day.

Take a multivitamin to avoid becoming
malnourished.

At dinner, eat no later than 7 PM. Drink herbal tea
after that if you get hungry.

For snacks, eat a small pear or a small apple. Add 6
walnuts or a handful of peanuts as an additional
snack.

For exercise, it's all about your core abdominal
muscles and your legs. These are your big muscles.
If you get them activated and toned, they will help
you burn off fat 24 hours a day. Do 3 sets of 15
squats every other day. Do a full ab routine
throughout the week. Walk at least 45 minutes
each day.
