Peppers are a natural cure for headaches.  The
hotter the better.

Hot peppers contain a substance called capsaicin.
Capsaicin is in fact what makes peppers hot. Pure
capsaicin is so hot that at a concentration of one
drop for 100,000 gallons of water, it produces
blisters on the tongue. But not to worry, the
peppers we eat have only a small fraction of pure
capsaicin, even the hottest ones available in most
markets such as jalapeno or cayenne.

To help your headache, try these natural remedies.

Put red peppers--jalapeno or cayenne in a bottle,
pour olive oil in it. Let it sit for several days. Use
the resulting "hot oil" on sauces, on meats, on
anything you like the next time you get a headache.

In a pinch, try slicing up some hot peppers or
sprinkling some pepper powder or flakes on your
favorite soup.

Your headache should start to lift right away.

By the way, contrary to popular belief, peppers do
not give you ulcers.
